Pony Estates Subdivision - Broomfield Colorado
Located Dillon Road & Sheridan Parkway |
Pricing From: $300,000 - $493,000
Pony Estates Information:
Pony Estates, one of the original acreage areas
in what used to be the City of Broomfield in Boulder County sits
atop a mesa on the Westerly edge of the City of Broomfield. Pony
Estates chose not to annex into the newly created City & County
of Broomfield in 2001 but opted to stay in the unincorporated
portion of Boulder County.
The mostly older custom home area located on 2.5-9 acre home
sites is home to significant wildlife, animals, outbuildings and
barns. Because this subdivision of 74 homes is “self-contained”
it is a private area with an abundance of mature trees and
landscaping. There is not an active homeowner’s association and
a variety of animals are allowed.
The home sites on the West and the North perimeters of the
subdivision have majestic Front Range and open land views and
although the average age of the homes is 1970, there is a
smattering of newer homes throughout. The water is provided by
Mile High Water, a community system that has been in existence
since July 1961, with each property having their own individual
septic system. Pony Estates remains in the Boulder Valley School
District. Home prices in Pony Estates range from $300,000 to
$493,000.
